The Bromyard Patient Participation Group is a unique partnership between patients, GPs and the practice which is essential to, and results in, high quality and responsive care.

The Bromyard Patient Participation Group works in partnership with their practice to:

 

  • help patients to take more responsibility for their health.
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of services and quality of care
  • foster improved communication between the practice and it’s patients
  • provide practical support for the practice, and help to implement change.

Please note that the PPG cannot deal with complaints relating to the Practice, these should be raised by contacting the practice directly who will be happy to provide a copy of their complaints procedure or arrange for you to speak to the Practice Management Team.
