NHS 111 offers free expert health information and advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need medical help outside our normal surgery hours, please call the NHS Direct number 111. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
Patients in the Herefordshire area are being offered greater access to local GPs, Nurses and Health Care Assistants as part of the Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund.
Taurus Healthcare are managing three primary care hubs (in Hereford, Leominster and Ross on Wye) that offer services to patients across the county from 6pm to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends and Bank Holidays. If you find it difficult to attend routine appointments in core hours at the surgery we can make you an appointment at one of the Taurus hubs.
Routine appointments can be made at the Taurus hubs by contacting your GP practice.
For more urgent appointments, call the NHS Direct number 111.
At the weekend, or on Bank Holidays, an appointment can be made by telephoning 0800 121 7221.
